RCV Performance Products Ultimate 300M CV Axles for F-250 and 5-350. The Ultimate 300M Axle was requested by champion off-road racers,

These off-road racers run crazy power, catch loads of air, and only let off the throttle when something pops. They wanted the smoothness of RCV Ultimate CV Axles with the additional strength to handle the major league abuse.

RCV came to their rescue with Ultimate CV Axles made from 300M alloy steel. This axle easily replace the u-joint design and binding, so power can be smoothly put to the ground during technical maneuver. This design also helps get rid of the steering wheel shimmy. The axles are just as touch at straight angles as well as extreme ones

RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles simply replace your Ford F-350 (85-88) 60 u-joint axle shafts with a high strength constant velocity design.

Axle Set includes right and left CV axle shafts, outer studs, SST seals and installation tool, installation instruction, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard.

Features
  • Low maintenance compared to traditional u-joints that should be greased almost every time you go out. Ultimate CV axles only need to be greased a couple times a year and are easily serviced via a zerk fitting.
  • Housing, bearing cage, inner-race, and the axle shaft are manufactured with aircraft quality high allow steel, and proprietary construction techniques to make them highly resistant to bursting and fracture.
  • Spherical Sealing Technology utilizes a cast polyurethane cap vs the traditional rubber CV boot. This provides a far greater resistance to punctures and tears.
  • Design allows tight steering angles and provides high strength throughout the range of motion.
  • Constant Velocity joint eliminates u-joint binding. Allowing a smooth transfer eliminates steering wheel oscillation.
  • RCV Isotropic Finishing process reduces friction providing smooth action and decreased wear.
