Ultimate Dana 44 CV Axle Set

  • Ford Bronco 1971-1977

RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles replace your Ford Bronco 1971-1977 U-joint axle shafts with a high strength constant velocity design.

Axle Set includes right and left CV axle shafts, outer studs, SST seals and installation tool, installation instruction, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard.

**Optional Nickel plating is available for extra corrosion resistance in salty environments. (call or email for details)

Features
  • Low maintenance compared to traditional u-joints that should be greased almost every time you go out. Ultimate CV axles only need to be greased a couple times a year and are easily serviced via a zerk fitting.
  • Housing, bearing cage, inner-race, and the axle shaft are manufactured with aircraft quality high allow steel, and proprietary construction techniques to make them highly resistant to bursting and fracture.
  • Spherical Sealing Technology utilizes a cast polyurethane cap vs the traditional rubber CV boot. This provides a far greater resistance to punctures and tears.
  • Design allows tight steering angles and provides high strength throughout the range of motion.
  • Constant Velocity joint eliminates u-joint binding. Allowing a smooth transfer eliminates steering wheel oscillation.
  • RCV Isotropic Finishing process reduces friction providing smooth action and decreased wear.
