This is the fuel pump adapter ring for any 97-04 factory type fuel pump modules on Jeep TJ or XJ.
The GenRight Crawler™ Series Fuel Pump Tank rings are great for adapting your factory pump to other aftermarket tanks (metal or plastic).
It is specifically designed and CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy to fit the factory fuel pump that came in Jeeps between 1997 and 2004.
The 2 piece design is easy to install once the hole is cut and bolt holes drilled.
The 97-04 model pump ring will accept factory fuel pump and rubber gasket from your factory plastic tank.
Secure the fuel pump in place with the factory plastic pump nut and you are ready to go.
Great for RCI and JAZ fuel cells.
Includes mounting hardware as shown.
NOTES:
- Not approved for highway use!
- Mounting ring is machined to the same overall height as stock (on plastic tank).
- Requires cutting and drilling (on new tanks only) to install properly.
- Requires a gasket or fuel proof silicone sealant between the pump ring flange and the tank.
- We also offer a fuel pump ring for the newer 2005 - 2018 fuel pump modules (APR-1001).
