How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in original packaging material "**new, unaltered and unused condition". Must contact Bent Fabrication with in 10 calendar days of part delivery. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

  • There will be a restocking fee of 15% to 25%.
  • All King Shock are non-returnable.
  • All custom and special order parts are non-returnable.
  • All RCV Axles are non-returnable.
  • All Bent Fabrication Links are non-returnable.
  • All custom part from any and all manufactures including but not limited to custom product built by Bent Fabrication are non-returnable.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
  • Freight and shipping cost are non-refundable.
  • Items that included free shipping will be accessed a reasonable shipping charge.
  • Exchanges are exempt from free shipping and other promotions.
  • Install and uninstall cost are non-refundable.
  • Modifies, used, and/or items damaged by the user are non-returnable.
  • All returns are for store credit-only.
  • All returns and refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and for store credit only.
  • All orders are subject to Bent Fabrication Terms and Conditions.

**Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

Damaged, incorrect, defective or missing

  • If a package appears to have been damaged in anyway during delivery, you must inspect the contents prior to signing the delivery receipt. Your signature on the carriers receipt indicates that you have received your order in good condition. If a package was delivered without requiring a signature and the packaging appears to have been damaged, you must report it to the delivering carrier immediately. Be sure to retain the entire outer shipping containers, and any packing materials in which damaged goods were packed in. Must contact Bent Fabrication within 48 hours of receiving package.

  • You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery for accuracy as well as for damaged or missing items. If an item you have received is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, you must contact Bent Fabrication within 48 hours of having received your order so that a resolution can be discussed. Failure to report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours indicates your acceptance of the order as delivered.

  • Bent Fabrication is not responsible for any cost associated with installing or uninstalling of the items purchased. Nor any other items or services purchased to install, uninstall, or return the items purchased.

  • Manufactures' defects, including missing or incorrect components, are the responsibility of the manufactures and are covered by the manufacture's own warranty, terms and conditions. Please contact Bent Fabrication for more information.

Again you MUST contact us within 10 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
